Great priced learner buggy that passes as a more expensive “ name brand” rc buggy - great battery life and extremely durable - the only complaint is the wheel rims cracked on the very first run ( the plastic seems rally hard ) and the shocks army really the best but all were easily replaced with the upgraded versions and haven’t been a problem since - a very capable buggy the jumps nicely and settles well when landed - racing it on the local track it is no slouch and can keep up with a lot of the 2x more expensive units - some of the guys out there were really surprised to see how good the build quality and durability is , would not hesitate in recommending this buggy to anyone wanting to have a go at rc buggy racing/bashing

Brilliant RC, a LOT of fun at a great price! Agree with what John said, although I’m only running with the stock LiPo.

I bought this car for my 13yr old son as a step up from it’s less powerful cousins - the brushed/brushless versions of the XSTR. What an upgrade! This car is good fun! Not content with the stock battery I went with an 11.2v LiPo and it’s definitely next level. The only caveat: make sure you’ve had plenty of experience driving less powerful cars. Great for the price.
