Safety: Air Brushing involves the atomisation of paint into airborne particles. If you are a spraying ANY type of paint, whether it be water, oil or solvent based, ALWAYS spray in a well ventilated area with adequate safety equipment. We recommend using a face mask, fitted correctly with P2 filters at a minimum. A spray booth is also highly recommended to reduce the amount of airborne particles in your work area. Our paints are Class 3 Flammables (as all solvent based paints are), so be cautious around ignition sources and open flames.

Overview
SMS Acrylic Lacquer Pearl Paints are designed to give a fantastic lustre and shine to any model. Apply them over different colour bases to get a wide range of interesting effects. As with all our Acrylic Lacquers, they are pre-thinned, meaning that all you need to do is 'Pour & Spray'.
For best results, spray with a 0.3 needle at 12-15 PSI. Apply in several light coats, until you achieve the desired effect. To achieve a true Pearl effect, apply over a White base on models, or back with White on the inside of clear bodies. For a Metallic Pear effect, apply over a Black base on models, or back with Black on the inside of clear bodies.
