This bumper works only with our Chassis Brace for the Mini E-Revo. It will not mount to your truck by itself. If you want to use the MERV chassis brace, please note that you will lose some travel as the brace will hit on the A-Arms. We may, in the future, build a chassis brace specifily for the 116 Summit. It all depends on the requests we have. This style Thasher2 bumper comes with four holes for mounting your LED lights lights not included
