this mission. These enhancements included the integration of additional radio equipment, the enlargement of tail surfaces, and the adaptability to equip the aircraft with either floats or skis, catering to the demands of
diverse operations. To ensure optimal visibility in the challenging conditions expected during an expedition aimed at achieving the historic first overland crossing of Antarctica via the South Pole, these aircraft received
brilliant high-visibility finishing, ready to confront the formidable challenges of the impending journey.
