Overview

Building on the success of the Mamba Monster X 8S, the HYDRA X 8S offers a potent upgrade for high-performance monohulls up to 36 inches. Swapping the air-cooled heatsink for a water-cooled counterpart and adding a stylish aluminium top plate, it exudes both power and aesthetics. The top plate integrates two .17" aluminium water fittings with standard 10-32 UNF threads for seamless cooling integration.
Castle's proprietary CRYO-DRIVE™ technology unlocks new horizons through its innovative software. Operating thousands of times per second, it minimises heat generation in electrical components, resulting in enhanced power handling, cooler ESC temperatures, and significantly longer runtimes. This translates to ultra-high performance and unparalleled driving experiences.
Tuning and data analysis are streamlined with the included Castle Link USB programming kit or the B-Link™ Bluetooth™ Adaptor and Castle Link app for Android or iOS. Furthermore, users can make on-the-fly adjustments directly from a compatible transmitter via the Auxiliary wire, offering granular control and personalisation. Simply connect the white signal wire to an open radio channel and enable the desired Auxiliary function through Castle Link.

This revamped powerhouse delivers an effortless combination of power, performance, and user-friendliness, making it the ultimate upgrade for ambitious monohull enthusiasts.
