Tamiya MB-01 Opel Kadett GT/E RC Rally Car Electric 2WD 1/10 Scale Kit

The MB-01 is the latest addition to the M-chassis series, which has been popular among users of all levels since its inception in December 1994. The series is known for its cost-effective kits, a wide variety of bodies to choose from, and ease of maintenance and control. 

The all-new MB-01 chassis offers a continuation of the popular M-chassis series by providing cost-effective kits with easy maintenance and control for users of all levels. With the ability to choose from three types of wheelbases and a front or rear-wheel drive system, the MB-01 allows for six unique setups. Additionally, it comes with the option to recreate the Opel Kadett, a compact 2-door coupe that was developed with high-level tune-ups. 

• The MB-01 chassis is 2WD and offers three options for wheelbases and front- or rear- wheel drive system
• The attachment directions of final gears and steering linkage can be changed to switch between front- and rear-wheel drive
• The rear-wheel drive cars can choose a low or high motor position
• Motor mount and final gears sections are designed to facilitate assembly and maintenance

• The 4-wheel double wishbone suspension has a symmetrical structure and friction shocks
• Multi-link suspension is compatible with tyres featuring the same compound and rear tyre with toe-in as 4WD models, despite being a 2WD model
• It features a gear ratio of 5.83:1 (when using kit-standard 29T pinion gear)
• The model has 55mm diameter front tyres and 60mm diameter rear tyres, creating an authentic car stance

Fog Lamps

The four-piece fog lamp come as separate parts and can be painted separately.

Side Mirrors

Special decals are used to recreate authentic side mirrors.

Rear Bumper

The rear bumper is also a separate part made from ABS resin, and is compatible with Tamiya LEDs (sold separate)

Timeless Dish Rims & Radial Tyres

60D radial tyres with tread patterns are paired with classic Dish rims.
