Delivery
We aim to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. As hobbyists ourselves, we understand the importance of getting your order to you swiftly.
Same-day dispatch
Order before 1pm Melbourne time on a business day and we'll dispatch your order that same day. Tip: there's a countdown to the next dispatch cut-off at the top of every page on our website.
The proof: in the last 90 days, we dispatched 99.6% of eligible pre-cut-off orders the same business day.

These figures come from real, recent deliveries to your area — not what couriers promise on their websites. Dangerous goods like paints and spare LiPo batteries are road freight only — within Australia they ship at Parcel Post speed, and we cannot send them to New Zealand at all.
Delivery cost
Delivery is priced at checkout based on your address, parcel size, and the service you choose. We don't mark up postage — we work hard to secure volume discounts with carriers and pass them on to keep prices as low as we can.
Tracking
Every delivery service we offer includes tracking. You'll receive an email with a tracking link within 1 business day of purchase, so you can follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping to New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post. We cannot send dangerous goods overseas (including lithium batteries and paint) due to aviation safety regulations, and we don't currently deliver outside Australia and New Zealand. More about New Zealand delivery →
Dangerous goods
We don't charge extra to send dangerous goods, but delivery can take a little longer because DG items travel by road only. This mainly affects paints and spare LiPo batteries. More about dangerous goods delivery →
Safe Drop and authority to leave
At checkout you can tick Safe drop in the delivery step to authorise the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one's home. It's on by default — uncheck it if you'd rather sign for the parcel.
How it actually works depends on the carrier:
- Couriers Please and Direct Freight always leave parcels in a safe place where they can — the Safe drop option is locked on at checkout for these services.
- Australia Post respects the Safe drop tick at checkout. Once your parcel is lodged you'll also receive an email with a "Use Safe Drop for this delivery" button if you'd like to authorise it later — handy to avoid a trip to the Post Office.
- StarTrack respects the Safe drop tick at checkout; without it the driver will attempt delivery and card the address if no one's home.
Insurance
If you add delivery insurance at checkout, we cover any lost or damaged parcels. Without insurance, the purchaser accepts the risk of loss or damage in transit.
When your parcel arrives
Check your parcel on arrival. If something looks damaged or items are missing, take photos before throwing out any packaging and contact us so we can sort it out. For incorrectly supplied or change-of-mind orders, see our returns page . For faulty goods covered by warranty, see the warranty section of our terms.
Fine print
We don't guarantee delivery times with any carrier — same-day dispatch on pre-cut-off business-day orders is the only delivery commitment we make. Most carriers don't deliver on weekends or public holidays.
