Shipping to New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International. Every parcel is tracked, and we don't add any international handling fees on top of postage.
Services and transit time
At checkout you can choose International Standard (more economical) or International Express (fastest). Both are tracked. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of dispatch on Standard, or sooner with Express. NZ Customs processing can add a couple of days on either service.
GST and customs
New Zealand GST and any duties are calculated by NZ Customs at the border. For most low-value orders, GST is collected by Australia Post on behalf of NZ Customs before delivery — we don't charge it at our checkout, and we don't add any handling fee.
What we can't send overseas
International parcels travel by air, so we cannot send dangerous goods to New Zealand. This mainly affects paints, glues with flammable propellants, and spare LiPo / lithium batteries sold on their own. Batteries already installed inside a product are usually fine. More about dangerous goods →
Tracking your NZ order
You'll receive an email with a tracking link within 1 business day of purchase. The tracking updates from dispatch in Australia through the air freight leg, NZ Customs, and final delivery by NZ Post.
Returns from New Zealand
If something arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number before sending anything back — we'll arrange the best return path. For change-of-mind returns, see our returns page ; the buyer covers return postage.
Other destinations
We don't currently deliver outside Australia and New Zealand.
