FAQs for Model Cars
Most car kits are 1/24 or 1/25 scale — about 18cm long when finished. 1/12 is a bigger, more detailed option. Tamiya, Fujimi, Revell and Hasegawa all make great car kits across classic, JDM, European and American muscle.
Plastic cement (like Tamiya Extra Thin) melts the parts together for a strong bond. Superglue (CA) works for clear parts and mixed materials. Never use plastic cement on clear parts — it'll fog them.
