This is a 1/10 R/C assembly model kit of the Honda Civic Type-R R3, developed by Italian official Honda racing partner J.A.S. Motorsport. The form of the 3-door hatchback, which features an air-intake on the roof, has been realistically reproduced. Parts including the roof's air-intake, side mirrors, and rear spoiler are reproduced with separate parts to provide the model with a sharper presence. The kit includes a sticker sheet to faithfully reproduce the red and dark grey livery and the Type-R logos. The Honda Civic Type-R R3 is built on the front-wheel-drive FF-03 chassis.

The FF-03 chassis features a longitudinal battery layout for a slim chassis design, with R/C units loaded on either side for optimum balance. The front-mounted, compact gearbox is equipped with a ball differential and provides ample traction. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features CVA oil dampers. An Inboard Front Suspension set-up with short reversible suspension arms enables well-balanced settings. The rocker bridge is equipped with stabiliser holders. Three wheelbases (257mm, 245mm, 233mm) are possible by changing the rear section assembly.

This body shell comes completely unpainted and may or may not require body post holes to be drilled. Only use a polycarbonate-style paint such as the Tamiya PS series to finish these bodies, as standard paints will not adhere and/or cause damage to the body shell's surface.
