The Tamiya Honda Civic Type-R R3 is a 1/10 scale RC replica of the racing machine developed by J.A.S. Motorsport, Honda's official racing partner in Italy. This assembly kit faithfully recreates the form of the 3-door hatchback, complete with its distinctive roof-mounted air intake, side mirrors, and rear spoiler. The kit includes a sticker sheet to accurately reproduce the red and dark grey livery and Type-R logos, adding to the authenticity of the model.   

The Honda Civic Type-R R3 is built on the front-wheel-drive FF-03 chassis, a high-performance platform designed for responsive handling and exciting on-road action. The longitudinal battery layout allows for a slim chassis design, with the R/C units positioned on either side for optimal balance. The front-mounted, compact gearbox is equipped with a ball differential, providing ample traction and smooth cornering. The 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features CVA oil filled shock absorbers for a comfortable and controlled ride. FF-03 Chassis

The longitudinal battery layout allows for a slim chassis design, with the R/C units loaded on either side for optimum balance. In addition, the front-mounted, compact gearbox is equipped with a ball differential and provides the chassis with an ample amount of traction. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features CVA oil dampers. An Inboard Front Suspension set-up with short reversible suspension arms enables well balanced settings. Furthermore, the rocker bridge is equipped with stabilizer holders.
