The E-flite UMX WACO has received an impressive makeover. Now equipped with optional SAFE Select for enhanced stability and exclusive Spektrum AS3X technology for a smoother, larger-scale flying experience even in gusty conditions, this upgraded model truly soars. The factory-installed brushless power system, featuring an upgraded 2S- and 3S-compatible out-runner motor, allows for either original model-like performance (with 2S 280mAh batteries) or amped-up speed and unlimited vertical performance (with 3S 300mAh batteries). Pilots will also appreciate the real-time flight battery voltage telemetry provided by the control unit's ESC and Spektrum receiver to compatible Spektrum AirWare transmitters.
Constructed with a lightweight yet durable advanced EPS material airframe, the UMX WACO comes in a fully-painted yellow or lighter-weight unpainted white base version. This Bind-N-Fly Basic model arrives 100% factory-assembled, ready to bind to your 5+ channel DSMX/DSM2 transmitter for nearly instant flying. The ultra-micro size and lightly loaded biplane design make it perfect for indoor flying in gymnasiums, as well as outdoor adventures in yards, parks, sports fields, and beyond.
Already own a Spektrum™ transmitter? The Bind-N-Fly (BNF) UMX Waco makes getting airborne swift and simple. It arrives with the power system, servos, and a Spektrum 2.4GHz receiver already installed – just bind to your compatible transmitter, complete any final assembly, and you're ready to fly!
This UMX Waco is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works subtly to smooth out wind and turbulence, providing a 'locked-in' feel like a larger plane. Optional SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limits with automatic self-levelling, making this the easiest-to-fly Waco yet!
The UMX Waco features a control unit with an ESC and Spektrum receiver that provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry. This data is sent directly to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (including DX6e, NX series, iX series, and others) while you're flying, keeping you informed.
The factory-installed brushless power system features a 2S and 3S-compatible out-runner motor. This upgraded setup delivers similar performance to the original with 2S 280–300mAh batteries, or unlocks more speed and unlimited vertical performance when you use 3S 300mAh batteries.
The factory-finished airframe boasts a variety of scale details, including simulated flying wires and a pilot figure with a scarf.
