Axial® climbs to the peak of scale rock crawling with the ready-to-run SCX10™ III Jeep® JT Gladiator. The upgraded chassis offers a third-channel DIG function plus 14-inch wheelbase that allows Axial® to include a larger, more realistic 2-piece body.
The SCX10™ III chassis increases realism with details that include a replica V8 engine to house the front-mounted 540 brushed motor, mated to a realistic transmission housing and transfer case. The Spektrum™ DX3™ 3-channel 2.4GHz DSMR® transmitter and Firma™ 40A ESC/receiver are ready to give you the advantages of innovative Spektrum™ Smart technology.
The SCX10™ III uses AR45™ portal axles to improve performance by increasing ground clearance and reducing torque twist. The motor is located at the front of the chassis for forward weight. The standard battery tray is positioned near the vehicle's center for improved balance and accepts full-size LiPo or NiMH packs. There are also locations in the side pods for drivers who prefer smaller shorty LiPo packs.
The SCX10 III range has a chassis that is built on a foundation of strength with sturdy steel C-channel frame rails. This rigid design minimises flex, resulting in more precise suspension movement and improved handling on challenging terrain.
The SCX10 III features AR45 portal axles that increase ground clearance at the differentials, allowing for greater off-road capability. This means you can tackle larger obstacles and navigate challenging terrain with ease.
The SCX10 III features a robust LCXU 4-wheel drive transmission built for lasting performance. With a full set of ball bearings and all-metal internal gears, this transmission is engineered for strength and durability, whether you're running standard or portal axles.
The SCX10 III features oil-filled shocks with aluminium threaded bodies and a single coil over spring. These shocks are tunable, allowing you to fine-tune the damping rate and achieve optimal performance on various terrains.
The SCX10 III is built for long-lasting performance with durable metal links and pivot balls throughout the suspension system. These robust components ensure smooth articulation and precise handling, even under the stress of challenging off-road driving.
The front suspension geometry reduces bump steer, while the rear 4-link minimises torque twist. The oil-filled shocks have aluminium threaded bodies with a single coil-over spring, tunable for achieving the best damping rate.
This robust receiver box makes sure that the receiver is kept free from dirt and debris, ensuring it withstands the elements for reliable performance.
This SCX10™ III is built for extreme durability with an all-metal drivetrain. Every gear in the transmission, portals, and axles is crafted from metal, ensuring long-lasting performance and the ability to handle serious abuse.
The Spektrum™ SX107 15kg metal gear servo delivers reliable and responsive steering, while its waterproof design ensures consistent performance, even in wet and muddy conditions.
The included Spektrum™ DX3™ radio system provides superior range, response, and interference resistance with exclusive DSMR® technology. It's also fully compatible with Smart telemetry, allowing you to monitor your vehicle's performance in real-time. Plus, the included thumb steering attachment adds versatility to your driving experience.
