Robinson Racing Drivetrain Parts

Robinson Racing makes precision RC gears — pinion and spur gears, slipper assemblies, and transmission components — used by everyone from casual bashers to serious racers who want stock gears replaced with harder, better-machined alternatives. The steel pinion gears in particular are the go-to upgrade when aluminium or brass stock pinions are stripping under a hotter brushless motor. Australian drivers running high-power setups on Traxxas, Losi and Associated platforms are the typical Robinson Racing customer.

Robinson Racing has been making precision RC gears for over 30 years, with a reputation built on hardened steel and precision-machined aluminium components that outlast the stock gears most RTRs ship with. The mod-pitch and 48P pinions in hardened steel are legendary for surviving brushless upgrades that chew through aluminium originals. For Australian RC drivers pushing higher power through a stock transmission, Robinson Racing is the brand that keeps the gearbox intact when heat and torque climb.

Robinson Racing stock is currently zero and availability varies — please contact us for availability on specific pinion and spur gear references. Steel pinion gears are a consumable in high-power applications, so if you're planning a motor upgrade it pays to order the matching gear at the same time. Let us know the chassis, motor and gear pitch (typically 32P, 48P or mod-pitch) and we'll check what's available to order for Australian delivery.

Hardened steel 48P pinion gears in the 15T–28T range are the most-asked-for Robinson Racing parts, typically ordered alongside a brushless motor upgrade on Traxxas Slash, Stampede and similar 1/10 platforms. Mod-pitch pinions and slipper upgrades round out the popular list for larger-scale rigs. Current stock is zero; get in touch with the motor shaft size, gear pitch and tooth count you need and we'll advise on availability and lead times for Australian orders.
