Pros: Vary straightforward to install, everything provided in the kit. Cons: The Blue / Yellow motor wires had to be connected in reverse polarity to work correctly and the on/off switch cabling needs to be longer as I had to splice in more wire to reach the location of my on/off switch. Looks like its designed to only mount on the side of the ESC.
