Force RC Glow Fuel Engines

Nitro and glow RC is a genuinely different skill set to electric, and beginners should go in understanding that tuning, break-in and maintenance are part of the experience. A small displacement motor like the Force 15 is a reasonable entry point because it is easier to handle and cheaper to feed than larger race engines. Start with the factory break-in procedure, learn how to read a glow plug and practice needle adjustments before chasing top performance. Done right, nitro is deeply rewarding.

Force Engines produces approachable glow-fuelled RC motors aimed at hobbyists who want nitro performance without the price tag of top-tier race engines. The brand covers common displacements used across typical 1/10 and 1/8 scale applications, and parts like glow plugs, needles and gaskets remain available for long-term servicing. For anyone refurbishing an older nitro chassis or wanting to explore the glow side of the hobby at a sensible cost, Force Engines is a recognised option with real support behind it.

Our current Australian stock on Force Engines is limited to the Force 15 engine, a .15 displacement glow motor suited to smaller nitro RC applications. We keep only a couple of units on the shelf at any time. If you are running a nitro chassis that takes a .15 motor, grabbing a spare is sensible because these smaller displacement engines can be hard to source quickly. For larger Force Engines displacements, contact us and we can check what might be available on backorder.

Running any glow engine, including the Force 15, needs a few essentials beyond the motor itself: appropriate nitro fuel at the right percentage, a quality glow plug, a glow starter, an after-run oil and the usual set of hex tools. A fuel bottle and a temperature gun for tuning are worth adding early. Follow the manufacturer break-in procedure carefully on the first few tanks — rushing break-in is the single biggest cause of premature nitro engine wear and poor long-term performance.
