Method RC - High-Performance Belted Tyres & Upgrades

The Method Behind the Madness: High-Performance RC Upgrades

Founded in 2020 after a 15-year journey in product development, Method RC was created with a clear mission: to bring performance, quality, and durability to the RC community. In a world where modern brushless RC vehicles deliver jaw-dropping power, standard tyres often struggle to cope, ballooning wildly and robbing drivers of control. Method RC solved this problem by introducing their advanced Belt-Equipped (BE) tyre technology alongside tough, versatile wheel systems.

Advanced Belted Tyres for Unmatched Stability

The hallmark of Method RC is their hand-laid, belt-equipped tyre design. By embedding a high-strength belt inside the tyre carcass, Method RC virtually eliminates tyre expansion (ballooning) at high speeds. This delivers several massive benefits for your rig:

• Consistent Footprint: Keeps the tyre tread flat and fully in contact with the ground for maximum traction and predictable handling.
• Reduced Strain: Less tyre expansion significantly reduces the "gyro" effect, which in turn lowers the load on your steering servo, drive axles, hub bearings, and suspension plastics.
• Longer Wear: Made from relentlessly tested premium rubber compounds, these tyres are tuned to offer the perfect middle ground between high-grip performance and long-lasting durability.

Explore the Method RC Tyre Lineup

Whether you are a hardcore basher, a short course racer, or a high-speed street runner, Method RC has a specialised tread pattern designed for your terrain:

• Terraform All-Terrain: The ultimate all-rounder. With an aggressive tread pattern that is tough enough for dirt and grass yet poised to tackle the bite of concrete, Terraform tyres are perfect for 1/10, 1/8, and 1/5 scale monster trucks and truggies.
• Geoform Off-Road: Designed with a reinforced webbed tread base to reduce pin flex, Geoform tyres provide incredible sidewall support and cornering confidence. They are a favourite for short course platforms like the ARRMA Mojave series, featuring built-in tread wear indicators so you always know when it is time for a fresh set.
• Velociter On-Road: Engineered for 1/7 scale speed-run machines and on-road bashers (like the ARRMA Infraction and Felony). Featuring a unique "M" channel tread detail and a thick carcass, the Velociter delivers neutral, high-grip performance on asphalt and concrete.

Smart Wheel Systems & Customisable Hex Adapters

Method RC does not just stop at rubber; their wheel designs are equally innovative. Their popular Array, Switch, and Hive wheels are injection-moulded as single-piece units for maximum strength. Many of their wheels feature removable hex adapters, allowing you to easily swap out hex sizes or offsets. This means you can adapt a single set of tyres to fit different vehicles from Traxxas, ARRMA, Team Associated, Corally, and HPI using Method RC's range of precision CNC-machined metal hex adapters.
