Christmas Cut-Off Dates

Christmas is a jolly time to remind your loved ones that you're thinking of them. But it's also the busiest time of year for our couriers, so we recommend ordering your Christmas gifts as early as you can.

For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, order by the date below for your address and the delivery method you choose at checkout, before our 1pm Melbourne time dispatch cut-off. We set these dates from how our own parcels travelled from Geelong over the last two Christmases: where we sent enough to measure, each is the last day on which at least 95 in every 100 parcels arrived by Christmas Eve, and nowhere is it later than the courier's own date. They are often a few days earlier than the couriers' dates, because peak season slowed our parcels down more than those dates allow for.

Please note: these are our best estimates from past deliveries, not a guarantee; couriers set their own timetables and Christmas volumes change from year to year. Regional means anywhere outside the capital's metro area. For Perth and regional WA, Express Post is much quicker than Couriers Please. The dates don't apply to orders containing dangerous goods such as paints and lithium batteries, which travel by road. Please contact us for more information.

Direct Freight has not published its 2026 dates yet, and we will add ours here as soon as it does.
