If I was to buy just the remote would it sync to my hilux? Lost my remote during moving
Whether this transmitter will work depends on the exact brand and receiver unit inside your Hilux. RC transmitters and receivers use proprietary radio protocols and must be matched to the same system to bind.
The FMS MG41 V5 transmitter only binds with compatible FMS 2.4GHz receivers and ESC combo units that use the V5 protocol (such as those found in FMS models like the FCX18 series). It will not bind with receiver boards from other manufacturers, such as WPL or HPI.
If you can check the exact brand of your Hilux or the markings on the receiver unit inside, our customer support team can help identify a compatible replacement remote for your vehicle.
