Description
The Futaba 10J is a 10-channel digital proportional RC system using the 2.4GHz T-FHSS Air protocol. It includes a bidirectional telemetry system, built-in diversity antenna, S.BUS/S.BUS2 compatibility, 30-model memory, and supports fixed wing, helicopter, glider, and multi-copter mixing types.

- T-FHSS Air 2.4GHz 10-channel transmitter: Futaba 2.4GHz T-FHSS Air system.
- Telemetry system: Bidirectional T-FHSS Air communication; displays battery voltage, altitude, speed, temperature, and other data at the transmitter during flight (optional sensors required for altitude, speed, temperature).
- Speech function: Telemetry data can be heard by plugging commercial earphones into the transmitter.
- Built-in diversity antenna: Provides a simple appearance and improves handling ease.
- S.BUS/S.BUS2 system: Servo channel and various functions can be set by connecting the servo to the transmitter.
- Power-saving transmitter: Runs on four AA alkaline batteries. Optional HT5F1800B (NiMH 6.0V, 1800mAh) or FT2F2100BV2 (lithium-ferrite 6.6V, 2100mAh) batteries can also be used.
- Vibration alert: Transmitter vibrates to alert the operator of various alarms.
- 30-model memory: Stored in the transmitter body.
- Mixing type selection: Fixed wing, helicopter, and glider; 8 swash plate types for helicopters; multi-copter selection also possible.
- Digital trim: Trim position displayed on LCD; step size adjustable; audible centre indicator.
- Lever head length adjustment: Adjustable lever head length with new shape to reduce slip.
- Switch/VR position and AUX channel function change: AUX channels 5–10 can be reassigned; programmable mixing available.
- Model data transfer: Wireless model data transfer between 10J or 8J transmitters.
- Compatible receivers (T-FHSS Air default): R3001SB, R3004SB, R3006SB, R3008SB. Compatible receivers (S-FHSS switchable): R2001SB, R2008SB, R2006GF, R2106GF.
