This GPM medium carbon steel combo pack includes a 12T 1.5Mod pinion gear and a 35T spur gear for the Traxxas X-Maxx. The spur gear has an outer diameter of 55.5mm, similar to the stock Traxxas 54T (6449, 6449X, 6449R — 56mm outer diameter). This 1.5Mod steel 12T pinion & 35T spur gear ratio is roughly the equivalent to running a 1Mod steel 19T pinion gear with a 54T spur gear.

This GPM Gear requires the removal of the factory Gear Mesh Set Pins, and for the Gear Mesh to be set manually. We also recommend the use of Traxxas Aluminium Motor Mount Spacers, such as #7759, #7559G, #7759R.
