The Me 262 "Storm Bird" German Fighter Aircraft was designed in 1938 and took to the skies in 1944 over Europe. With 1,300 built, it had a kill-count of 509 Allied aircraft. The Me 262A-1a/U4 variant used 50mm cannons and was designed to be the ultimate bomber/fighter.
