The MINI-Z RWD series is a rear-wheel-drive design that emphasises superior handling and represents the perfect package for a deep dive into the world of R/C cars. The MINI-Z Racer allows for mini R/C car style and performance with just 8 AAA-sized batteries. Launched in 2013, Kyosho updated the MINI-Z Racer to be more user-friendly and appealing with the MINI-Z RWD series. It features realistic body styles with detailed body sets and includes the Syncro KT-531P transmitter with adjustable steering and throttle, LED control, and a comfortable sponge grip. The set includes a display-quality car body that combines style with the performance, reliability, and durability of the MR-03 chassis. The new control program on the circuit board provides linear handling and can be improved with the optional gyro unit (MZW446). The included Syncro KT-531P transmitter boasts a stylish design and packs a punch with features: fine-tune your car's handling with steering and throttle trim, adjust steering sensitivity with dual-rate adjustment, and customise the flashing speed of optional LEDs. Plus, the built-in Training Mode limits the car's speed, making it perfect for beginners to learn the ropes safely - it's even activated by default!
The RWD chassis is based on the proven MR-03 platform. Enhance your control with the optional Gyro Unit (MZW446 - sold separately), further customising your Mini-Z for optimal performance.
The tread can be set to narrow or wide by changing steering tie rods on front lower and upper plates, and the wheelbase can also be changed to suit body styles. (Changing requires parts to be purchased separately).
