Revell 1/87 Express Locomotive BR01 & Tender 2'2'T32 Scaled Plastic Model Starter Kit

The finely moulded components of the Scale Plastic Model Starter Kit perfectly capture the heavy industrial aesthetic of a true transport machine. Delicate engravings and clear parts add a layer of realism to the completed replica, drawing the eye to the intricate mechanical details along the chassis. Having all the necessary paints and brushes provided in the box means the creative process can begin immediately without the need to source extra supplies.

The German Reichsbahn introduced the 01 series in 1925 as a completely new generation of transport machinery. Designed to pull heavy express passenger cars across long distances, the design established a new standard for reliability and performance on the European railways. These powerful steam engines became a familiar sight across the network, hauling people and freight reliably through decades of demanding service.

Secure a piece of railway heritage and bring the golden age of steam to your display shelf. Completing the heavy locomotive is a rewarding way to celebrate a masterpiece of transport design.
