The RGT Ripper 1/18 RC Rock Crawler is a high-performance crawler designed for immediate trail-crawling fun. This is a complete Ready-to-Run (RTR) package, supplied with a high-output 2S 7.4V 550mAh LiPo battery and a universal USB charger—simply add AA batteries to the transmitter and you are ready for any challenge.

The Ripper RC Rock Crawler features a low-centre-of-gravity skid-style frame with a tough 5-degree angled skid plate with a hardened #45 steel reduction shaft. This heavy-duty drivetrain and portal axles dramatically increase differential ground clearance, providing the reliability to navigate any terrain, all day long. The V-type 8-link suspension and CNC aluminium hydraulic shocks ensure the grippy butyl rubber tyres maintain continuous contact on broken surfaces that leave lesser crawlers stranded.

The high-end Hobbywing WP-MINI24-RTR ESC system offers eight distinct drag brake options, while the 3500KV outrunner motor delivers silent, high-torque output that is required for demanding crawling. The two-speed transmission and 4-channel 2.4GHz radio tech allow for instant shifts between fun high-speed exploration and low-speed rock crawling.

Hobbywing Brushless Electronics

The included Hobbywing brushless electronics are all about control. Its powerful 3500kV Brushless Outrunner Motor gives you the steady power needed to crawl over rocks without any jerky movements. While the WP-Mini24 20a ESC ensures reliability and control at all times.

Front and Rear Portal Axles

These portal axles dramatically increase the distance between the ground and the truck's belly. You can easily navigate surfaces and ruts without dragging the centre of the chassis. It makes this 1/18 scale crawler perform as well as a full 1/10 scale rig!

Two Speed Transmission

The two-speed transmission gives you the best of both worlds. You can use the high gear for fast trail exploration or flick it into low gear for massive torque on vertical climbs. Switching between speed and power is instant using the 4-channel radio.

Battery and Charger Included

This true Ready-to-Run package comes with a powerful 2S LiPo battery for long-lasting fun. Its lightweight design packs enough punch for demanding climbs, and its huge capacity offers large run times. The simple USB charger means its easy to charge this battery on the run.

Clipless Body Shell

Get fast access to the chassis with the modern, clipless body design. It’s easy to pop the body off for maintenance or a quick battery change without fumbling with clips. This design has two poles that ensure that, unless you want it to, the body shell will not come off.
