The Rovan 71cc gasoline engine has a large displacement and strong power. It provides a stable output and greater torque, resulting in a longer life and better engine performance. It is equipped with the Walbro WJ71 carburettor and NGK CMR7H spark plug.

Will this fit in the hpi Baja 5b ss and what needs to be done to put it in
Yes, this engine can be fitted to a HPI Baja 5B SS, but it is a major upgrade and may require some slight modification depending on your exact model. The main part you will need is a suitable exhaust/performance pipe, as the exhaust outlet is much larger than the factory 26cc SS engine. The matching tuned pipe for this engine is the Rovan Baja 71cc Tuned Exhaust Pipe Set 95284. We would only recommend this conversion for experienced users who are comfortable modifying and setting up large-scale petrol RC cars.
