The Honda VFR750R, known to the world as the RC30, is a legendary, limited-production "homologation special" from the late 1980s. It was essentially a street-legal version of Honda's dominant RVF750 endurance racer, built to win the World Superbike Championship. With its jewel-like gear-driven V4 engine, revolutionary single-sided swingarm, and impeccable hand-built quality, the RC30 is considered one of the greatest superbikes ever made.
This 1/12 scale kit from Tamiya is a detailed replica of the iconic Honda RC30. A unique feature of this model is that the fairing cowls are moulded in clear plastic, allowing the stunningly detailed V4 engine to be viewed and admired even after assembly and painting.
