The Universal Carrier was a small, lightly armoured tracked vehicle used in vast numbers by British and Commonwealth forces throughout World War II. Its versatility was legendary, and it was adapted for a huge range of roles, including as a troop transport, a mobile machine gun post, and a reconnaissance vehicle, serving in every theatre of the war.

This classic 1/35 scale kit from Tamiya is a complete diorama set featuring the Universal Carrier Mk.II. The model accurately reproduces the vehicle's compact design, suspension, and equipment. To bring the scene to life, the set includes a total of five figures: a three-man crew (driver, gunner, radio operator) and an additional two infantrymen in North African front uniforms.
