The M151 "MUTT" (Military Utility Tactical Truck) was the successor to the legendary WWII Jeep, serving as the primary light utility vehicle for the U.S. military from the 1960s through the 1980s. The M151A2 was an improved variant with a revised rear suspension for better handling. It was an indispensable workhorse, seeing extensive action in the Vietnam War and beyond.

This classic 1/35 scale kit from Tamiya is a detailed replica of the M151A2 "Mutt." The kit is versatile, including all the necessary parts to be built as either a standard U.S. Army vehicle or a U.S. Marine Corps version, complete with its deep-wading snorkel. The model features a detailed chassis and interior and includes a realistic driver figure to bring the scene to life.
