The Jagdpanzer 38(t), commonly known as the "Hetzer," was a highly effective German tank destroyer that appeared in the latter half of World War II. Based on the reliable Czech 38(t) tank chassis, its compact, low-profile form was covered in well-sloped armour and mounted a potent 7.5cm gun. Produced in large numbers from April 1944, the Hetzer served on both the Eastern and Western Fronts right up to the end of the war.

This 1/48 scale kit from Tamiya is a detailed replica of a mid-production Hetzer.
