This Yeah Racing aluminium heat sink comes with dual high speed fan for Motors with around 40.8mm diameter. The air-flows can be further enhanced by adding washers between the fans and the heat sink. On the other hand, you may install the heat sink without the washers to save space.

I bought one for my Arrma Typhon 6s and it's a little too big for the can. I used a 1mm thermal heat transfer pad to fill the gap and make it tight. Fits well otherwise, good design overall. Fans are fairly loud. Wiring requires soldering.
