FAQs for Peak Racing LiPo Batteries
Who is Peak Racing for?
Peak Racing produces LiPo battery packs aimed at RC car and truck owners looking for an alternative to the bigger-name battery brands. They suit hobbyists who already understand basic LiPo handling — balance charging, storage voltage, and visual checks for puffing or damage — and who are happy to choose a less mainstream pack when the right SKU is available. Because our Peak Racing range is currently a single product, the brand is best treated as a niche option rather than a primary battery choice for ongoing builds.
What does Peak Racing make?
Peak Racing focuses on LiPo battery packs for RC use. As with any LiPo brand, the key things that matter are the cell count (voltage), capacity, C-rating and physical dimensions, all of which need to match your ESC, motor and chassis battery tray. Because we currently stock just one Peak Racing item, the brand sits more as a specific-product option than a full battery ecosystem in our line-up. Standard LiPo safety practice — balance charging, sensible C-rates, and storage voltage — applies regardless of which brand you choose.
Can I buy Peak Racing batteries in Australia?
Our Peak Racing presence is currently very limited — just one item, the PEK00545, in our Australian warehouse — so availability is best described as near-zero. If you specifically need that Peak Racing pack, you can order it locally without importing. For Australian buyers wanting a broader LiPo battery selection, we also carry Tattu (made by Gens Ace) and Prime RC, both of which offer wider current ranges across different voltages, capacities and connector options to suit a much greater variety of RC builds.
Which Peak Racing pack do you currently stock?
Our Peak Racing range consists of a single product at the moment: the PEK00545 LiPo pack. Because it is a one-item range, the live Peak Racing category page is the most reliable reference for current availability and pricing. If the PEK00545 is not the right voltage, capacity or physical size for your chassis and ESC, take a look at our Tattu and Prime RC ranges — between them they cover a much wider selection of LiPo packs commonly used in Australian RC car and truck builds.
