PayTo
PayTo lets you pay direct from your Australian bank account by approving a single request in your banking app. No card details, no manual BSB and account entry, and for most banks the payment clears in about a minute.

CBA holds PayTo payments for 24 hours before clearing. Your order will be delayed by up to a day, so if you need same-day dispatch please use card , PayPal , Afterpay or Zip . Other major banks clear PayTo in roughly a minute.
How it works
- Add items to your cart and continue to checkout.
- Choose PayTo as your payment method.
- Enter your PayID, BSB and account number, or bank-issued PayTo identifier.
- Approve the request in your banking app or via the email your bank sends.
- Once your bank confirms the payment, your order moves to dispatch.
Why PayTo
- Pay direct from your bank, no card details to enter or store.
- You authorise each payment in your own banking app, so it can't be charged without you.
- Faster than EFT and BPAY for most banks (about a minute, vs hours or overnight).
- Refunds go back to the same bank account automatically.
Eligibility
- You need an Australian bank account with PayTo enabled. Most major banks support it.
- You must approve the payment in your banking app or by email within the time your bank allows (typically a few minutes).
- If your bank doesn't show a PayTo request, contact them or use another payment method.
Refunds
PayTo refunds are sent back to the bank account you paid from. There's nothing to fill in. For full conditions, see our returns page .
Security
PayTo runs on Australia's New Payments Platform (NPP) and is processed via Stripe. Your account details are entered through Stripe's secure form, and the payment is only authorised when you approve it in your banking app. See our privacy policy for how we handle payment-related information.
