Overview

The third and final generation of the Honda CR-X, the Del Sol, was a significant departure from its hatchback predecessors. Released in the early 1990s, the Del Sol was a two-seater targa top coupe which featured an innovative retractable roof system that offered an open-air driving experience. The SiR was the high-performance model for the Japanese market, equipped with Honda's powerful and responsive B16A VTEC engine, making it a desirable and unique sports compact.
