Unfortunately, the GPM XRTM051FAN-R is designed specifically for Traxxas ESCs and includes a custom mounting bracket that won't align with the Spektrum ESC on your Kraton 4S. However, the Yeah Racing Tornado 30x30mm Fan is a great semi-drop-in alternative! The 30x30x10mm size and screw spacing are an exact match for the ESC housing. To wire it up, you can either:
Use a JST-to-JR adapter cable to plug directly into the Spektrum ESC fan port.
Plug it straight into an open channel on your receiver box for maximum power/RPM.
It moves significantly more air than the stock plastic fan and keeps ESC temperatures right down — I'm a big fan of them myself!
