Hobbywing Xerun D10 10.5T 4600Kv Sensored Brushless Motor - Black Stealth Edition
Hobbywing Xerun D10 10.5T sensored brushless drift motor in Black Stealth Edition — optimised stator, 3.5mm banana plugs, and adjustable mechanical timing for 1/10th drift.
- New stator optimised for drift applications with high-precision sensor board and drift-specific fan rotors
- Factory-soldered 3.5mm banana plugs for quick motor swaps
- Lightweight at approximately 158g (10.5T version) for easy weight bias adjustment
- Wide range of adjustable mechanical timing for tunable power output and RPM
- Sensored brushless operation on 2S (7.4V) LiPo for 1/10th drift cars
The Xerun D10 motors are elegantly designed for drift and provide ideal colours to perfectly match your drift machines, available in Black, Red, and Purple. The motor comes factory soldered with high quality 3.5mm banana plugs for easy swap to different motors. The new motor stator is optimised for drift applications, built in with a high-precision sensor board combined with drift-specific fan rotors, providing excellent motor linearity and drivability while greatly improving motor efficiency. The 10.5T motor weighs approximately 158g, allowing users to easily tweak their weight bias on their car. The special-shaped gold fan on the rotor dissipates heat while making a pleasant sound, especially when Turbo is turned on.
The motor comes factory soldered with high quality 3.5mm banana plug for easy access swap to different motors.
You can adjust the motor timing after unfastening the screw on the rear end-plate.

- The D10 motors provide a wide range of adjustable mechanical timings. You can adjust the motor timing after unfastening the screw on the rear end-plate, according to the mark/white lines at the rear end of the motor.
- For obtaining optimal performance, you can change the output range and characteristics of your power system by adjusting the motor timing.
- Increasing the timing can increase the motor speed (RPM), while that also increases the motor temperature and reduces the efficiency. A higher timing usually requires a higher ratio.

Please ensure your ESC is properly programmed before setting the motor timing. Refer to the user manual of the ESC for detailed programming information.
After timing adjustment, ensure that the motor does not overheat after running a full pack (LiPo). Use an infrared temperature gun to check motor temperature. If the temperature is too high, let the motor cool down first, then test again. If still too high, reduce the timing or increase the FDR (replace the pinion gear with fewer teeth or the spur gear with more teeth).
M3 screws with a length no longer than 7mm are needed when mounting the motor onto your vehicle.
Pay attention to the relevant marks on the ESC when soldering/connecting output wires to the motor and strictly follow the wiring order of "A-A, B-B, and C-C".
Ensure the sensor cable is clean and undamaged when using a sensor ESC, and pay attention to both connectors on the cable when connecting the ESC to the motor.
Re-check all connections between the ESC and the motor and ensure they are correct before turning on the ESC.
