The light Krupp Protze was a versatile six-wheeled, all-wheel-drive truck used extensively by the German Wehrmacht in the early years of the Second World War. The KFZ 69 version was specifically designed as a prime mover for light artillery, most commonly towing the 3.7cm PaK 36 anti-tank gun and carrying its crew. With a top speed of 70 km/h, it provided excellent mobility for motorised anti-tank units during the Blitzkrieg era.
