Description

The Panzer III was a crucial German main battle tank during WWII, and the Ausf.L variant was a significant upgrade produced from mid-1942. It was armed with an improved, long-barrelled KwK50 L/60 cannon, giving it a better chance against the Soviet T-34. This was complemented by increased frontal armour and additional 20mm spaced armour on the gun mantlet, making the Ausf.L a formidable workhorse on the Eastern and North African fronts.
