Tamiya DN-01 SR Chassis Kit RC Buggy Electric 2WD 1/10 Scale Kit

The Tamiya DN-01 SR Chassis Kit RC Buggy brings competitive rear-wheel drive off-road racing back to the dirt track. Revisiting the highly celebrated early 2000s era, the 1/10 scale unassembled kit utilises a rear-mounted motor configuration paired with a longitudinal battery layout. The fibreglass-reinforced plastic chassis features a completely flat underside, ensuring superb skid characteristics when navigating harsh jumps and uneven track surfaces. The included clear TRF201 polycarbonate body components provide a sleek aerodynamic profile, arriving ready for a custom paint scheme that will stand out at any local circuit.

Mechanical grip dictates success on loose dirt, and the updated DN-01SR platform delivers highly reliable engineering throughout the driveline. Up front, a newly designed hex-hub wheel attachment system replaces traditional bearings, opening up vastly wider compatibility for modern aftermarket racing tyres. A fully enclosed gearbox houses a precision pressure plate ball differential, ensuring maximum power delivery while keeping abrasive dust completely out of the internal gears. High-quality CVA oil-filled Shocks sit at all four corners, mounting directly to long-span double wishbone suspension arms to provide highly predictable track handling.
