Description

Continue the legacy of champions with the Team Associated RC10B7.1D Team Kit, the definitive 2WD off-road buggy for dirt and clay racing. Building on 40 years of RC10 history, the B7.1D is engineered specifically for tracks where traction is elusive. Unlike its carpet-focused sibling, this "D" variant comes equipped with a tunable Ball Differential, softer springs, and a unique suspension package including 81mm rear arms and 71mm CVA bones to generate maximum mechanical grip on loose surfaces.

The chassis geometry has been refined to deliver faster lap times and a smoother drive feel. It features a weight-centralised electronics layout and a 3-Gear Laydown Transmission that reduces rotational mass while maintaining optimal motor positioning. New durability features, such as the front suspension arms with a hinge pin brace, ensure the B7.1D can handle the rough and tumble of off-road racing.

This kit is designed for the serious tuner. With a 7075-T6 aluminium chassis, adjustable KPI steering blocks, and 13mm big-bore shocks, every aspect of the handling can be dialled in. Fully interchangeable with the B7.1 carpet kit, this platform allows drivers to adapt to any track condition.

High-Efficiency 3-Gear Laydown Race Transmission

The 3-gear laydown transmission maintains the original B7 motor position while reducing rotational weight and drag. This design ensures faster acceleration and improved motor efficiency. By minimising internal friction, you get a more responsive throttle feel, allowing you to shave valuable fractions of a second off your lap times on any track surface.

81mm Rear Suspension Arms and 71mm CVD Driveshafts

This kit includes 81mm (3.19") rear suspension arms paired with 71mm (2.80") CVD driveshafts. This combination provides improved stability and traction, especially on loose or bumpy dirt surfaces. The increased arm length allows for better weight transfer and more consistent jumping characteristics, keeping your 1/10th scale buggy composed during high-speed sections and aggressive cornering.

Optimised -2mm Front and Rear Racing Shock Towers

Benefit from a lower centre of gravity with the included -2mm (0.08") front shock tower and FT -2mm (0.08") rear shock tower. By dropping the mounting points, your buggy stays flatter through corners and reacts more predictably to track changes. This setup is crucial for maintaining high corner speeds while keeping the vehicle stable over technical terrain.
