The Titan® 12T 550 motor delivers impressive power and features an integrated cooling fan for optimal performance. The XL-5 Electronic Speed Control provides smooth and reliable power delivery with EZ-Set® one-button setup and three different drive profiles for customised performance.

Battery and Charger Included!

Slash includes a powerful 8.4-volt 3000 mAh Power Cell rechargeable NiMH battery pack to reach its blazing 30+mph top speed. A powerful 4-amp 12V DC fast charger comes in the box for quick charging in the field. An optional 40-watt AC adapter (sold separately) transforms a common wall outlet into a robust power source for the included 4-amp NiMH fast charger.

New LED Lighting

Slash now includes LED lighting as standard equipment for more fun after dark. Thick impact-resistant bumpers protect the lights against crash damage with fully-waterproof construction for all-weather fun.

Digital High-Torque Waterproof Steering Servo

This vehicle is equipped with a Traxxas digital high-torque, ball bearing steering servo (#2075) for responsive and precise steering control. This waterproof servo delivers unmatched torque and quick response, ensuring your buggy handles with agility and precision on any terrain.

3-Channel Micro Receiver with Fail-Safe Security

The TQ 2.4GHz micro receiver uses an integrated LINK button for fast and easy binding. A two-colour LED indicates power-on and bind status for fool-proof control and convenience. In the event of signal loss, the receiver will automatically return the throttle to neutral and hold the last commanded steering position. The Fail Safe programming is conveniently built-in and does not need to be set or activated.

Long-Wheelbase Chassis

Slash's long 13.2 inch (33.53 cm) wheelbase chassis provides superior stability while offering over 3.5-inches of ground clearance. The chassis includes drain holes and a battery tray channel for routing servo wires to the receiver. For racetrack competition, a transponder mount is located under the front shock tower.

Slash Short Course Tyres

Slash's tyres have excellent grip in the dirt and just the right amount of slide on pavement. Their authentic scale looks, and realistic performance add to the racing experience. Tyres come mounted and pre-glued to replica short course 2.2" rims.

Torque-Control™ Slipper Clutch

The Torque-Control slipper clutch provides smooth and consistent traction control, thanks to its semi-metallic friction pads and finned aluminium pressure plates. This design ensures reliable performance and allows for easy spur gear changes without affecting the slipper adjustment.

Oil-Filled Ultra Shocks™

The Slash's oil-filled Ultra Shocks utilise X-ring technology for a perfect seal and super-smooth performance. They are fully tunable with a wide range of oils, springs, and pistons. Features include pressure bladders for air/oil separation and spring clips to precisely change the ride height and spring pre-load. They can be renewed in minutes with our inexpensive rebuild kits.

Rubber-Sealed Ball Bearings

Precision rubber-sealed bearings offer the ultimate in super low-friction performance and maximum protection in dusty environments. They are used in all exposed locations on the truck and are virtually maintenance free.
