Stampede includes a powerful 8.4-volt 3000 mAh Power Cell rechargeable NiMH battery pack to reach its blazing 56+ km/h top speed. A powerful 4-amp 12V DC fast charger comes in the box for quick charging in the field. An optional 40-watt AC adapter (sold separately) transforms a common wall outlet into a robust power source for the included 4-amp NiMH fast charger.

Stampede now includes LED lighting as standard equipment for more fun after dark. Thick impact-resistant bumpers protect the lights against crash damage with fully-waterproof construction for all-weather fun.

The powerful monster truck features a Traxxas #2056 high-torque steering servo that delivers the power and responsiveness needed for precise control. This waterproof servo utilises O-ring seals to keep the action going, even in wet conditions. With 80 oz-in (3.02 kg-cm) of torque, this servo provides the muscle to handle any terrain.

The Talon™ tyres feature an aggressive tread pattern with a soft compound rubber that provides exceptional traction on a variety of surfaces, including dirt, grass, pavement, and rocks. These high-performance tyres are mounted on mirror-chrome All-Star™ wheels with a lightweight horizontal bead that keeps the tyres securely in place, even at high speeds. Performance-designed foam inserts are standard, and all tyres come pre-glued for immediate action.

The TQ 2.4GHz micro receiver uses an integrated LINK button for fast and easy binding. A two-colour LED indicates power-on and bind status for fool-proof control and convenience. In the event of signal loss, the receiver will automatically return the throttle to neutral and hold the last commanded steering position. The Fail Safe programming is conveniently built-in and does not need to be set or activated.

The Torque-Control slipper clutch provides smooth and consistent traction control, thanks to its semi-metallic friction pads and finned aluminium pressure plates. This design ensures reliable performance and allows for easy spur gear changes without affecting the slipper adjustment.

The Magnum 272 transmission features metal gears riding on ultra-smooth sealed ball bearings. Combined with the smooth 48-pitch gears, power transfers quietly to the durable telescoping U-joint driveshafts. The sealed gearbox protects the transmission components from dirt and rocks. Best of all, the Magnum 272 is built Traxxas Tough™ to handle massive brushless power without the need for costly upgrades.

Stampede's oil-filled Ultra Shocks utilise X-ring technology for a perfect seal and silky-smooth performance. They are easy to customise with a wide range of high-performance oils, springs, and pistons available. Features include pressure bladders for air/oil separation and spring clips to change precisely the ride height and spring preload tension. If their performance ever fades, refresh them in minutes with our inexpensive rebuild kits.
