The Hawker Siddeley Harrier is undoubtedly one of the most significant aircraft in the history of aviation. Developed from the Hawker P.1127 experimental aircraft, the Harrier was the first to master the possibilities of V/STOL (Vertical/Short Take-Off and Landing) vectored thrust flight.
