The S250 Smart AC Charger is part of Spektrum's "Generation 2" of Smart electronics, offering advanced and user-friendly charging technology to RC pilots and drivers of all skill levels. It features Smart G2 charging technology that is both advanced and budget-friendly, making it accessible to hobbyists of all levels.
This charger comes with selectable IC3® and IC5® charging ports, eliminating the need for separate adaptors, and it can charge and balance Smart G2 batteries using a single IC3® or IC5® connection without requiring a separate balance lead.
It's compatible with a wide range of battery types, including 1 - 4S LiPo/LiFe/LiIon/LiHV and 1 - 12S NiCd, as well as 1 - 12S Smart NiMH batteries. Additionally, the charger provides a charging power of 2x50W and the flexibility to charge two batteries simultaneously or use a single channel for up to 80W of power.

In order to deliver the most straightforward, user-friendly, and trouble-free charging experience, the S250 Smart AC Charger is equipped with a colour LCD screen and an enhanced user interface featuring improved menus, icons, and navigation tools, complemented by user-friendly non-slip buttons. To ensure the utmost safety, ease, and convenience during the charging process, a new Auto Charge functionality swiftly identifies Smart battery charging parameters as soon as your pack is connected, initiating correct charging automatically.
In real time, a clock on the S250 AC charger's screen counts down the minutes until your Smart battery is fully charged and ready to be used.
The charger's streamlined casing seamlessly complements your workbench and conveniently fits into your pit or field bag. Its detachable power cord facilitates effortless transportation. Furthermore, the charger is equipped with USB-C input and output ports, facilitating both charger firmware updates and the charging of additional devices. Additional features encompass a sleep mode for energy efficiency and a low-noise cooling fan for optimal performance.
