It offers dependable SLT 2.4GHz control with user-adjustable steering and throttle trims, steering rate, and throttle limits. The included SR315 dual protocol receiver supports both SLT and DSMR protocols, making it compatible with Spektrum Smart Technology and ready for future upgrade to transmitters such as the DX5 Pro, DX5 Rugged, and DX5C.

The ergonomic transmitter features a foam-covered steering wheel for no-slip grip, a lanyard mount, and an overall low weight for all-day driving. Its SLT protocol is also compatible with the Spektrum SPMSLR300 receiver and legacy Tactic TR325 receivers included with some ready-to-run vehicles.
