Heavy, detailed and ready to run, the Taigen German Panther Type G is a 6kg 1/16 scale RC Tank that comes with everything needed to roll out. Open the box and you'll find a powerful 2000mAh Li-ion battery with an XT60 connector, a charger, a 2.4GHz remote, a bottle of smoke fluid and a set of accessory parts. Taigen's new V3 control board runs the infrared receiver, high tension flasher and hobby recoil system together, so every shot kicks the gun back with a flash while smoke curls from the cannon barrel. The metal turret turns a full 360 degrees, letting you swing onto a rival IR tank from any direction and get your shot away first.

Strength runs right through this Panther. A reinforced metal chassis carries twin 380 sized brushed motors and a Black Steel 4-in-1 gearset with bearings, turning the metal drive and idler wheels inside rugged metal tracks. Independent torsion bars, metal suspension and shoulder wheels keep the long hull level as it rolls over grass, gravel and garden edges. Up top, metal armour, a metal turret cover and a metal gun barrel sit alongside photo etched detail, a metal pull rope, metal front and rear hooks, metal viewport parts and metal machine gun and front lights. Finished in hobby grade acrylic paint, it earns its place on the shelf between battles. The Panther is ready when you are.

Barrel Recoil and Flash with Smoke

Line up your target, pull the trigger and the barrel and hull rock back together as the shot goes off. An LED in the muzzle flashes and a small puff of smoke drifts from the end of the barrel, just like a full-size cannon firing. Every shot looks the part, No matter what you target.

Battle Your Mates with Infrared

Taigen Includes its infrared battle hop-up as standard, so you can take on your mates as soon as the tank is out of the box. Fire at another compatible tank, and your barrel kicks back with recoil. When enough shots land, the tank you hit reacts as if it's damaged and stops for a few seconds, so there's never any argument over who won. The 2.4GHz radio lets several tanks fight at once without interfering with each other, and your backyard becomes a full tank battle.

Full Combat Noise

Flick the Switch to Power on, and the built-in sound system rumbles into life with the growl of a working motor. The machine gun rattles and the main cannon booms on command, completing the scale look and sound of this historical replica. As it rolls into battle, your Taigen tank sounds every bit as powerful as it looks.

LED Lighting

The Taigen range of tanks come factory equipped with an assortment of front and rear LED lights. Additionally, each tank comes with an LED in the barrel that lights when you fire the main gun. The carefully selected lights add yet another layer to the already amazing scale detail.

Unstoppable Performance

Metal tracks bite into dirt, gravel and grass, and the metal-geared gearbox keeps the torque coming. Individual torsion bar suspension holds each road wheel down, so the tracks stay flat to the ground for maximum grip. Logs, rocks and garden edging that stop smaller tanks barely slow the KV-2 down.
