Overview

Tamiya's 1/48 military miniature series model kits are highly detailed, exciting to put together and great to look at!

First introduced in 1946, the A-1 Skyraider's frontline career as the U.S. Navy's last piston-engined attack aircraft continued for thirty years until its final service providing close-air support and rescue helicopter escort during the Vietnam War. This kit depicts the most produced variant, the A-1H, and accurately reproduces the aircraft's robust form.
