Tamiya PS spray paints are a synthetic lacquer that cures in a short period of time. The spray paint is extremely useful for painting RC car & truck body shells. Each can contains 100ml of paint, which is enough to cover most body shells. However, if you're painting an extra large shell, such as a HPI Baja 5SC body shell, we recommend using at least 2 cans. Tamiya PS paints are also impervious to oil & fuels, making them safe to use on gas-powered RC body shells.
PS-46 is an Iridescent colour designed to achieve an iridescent shimmer on polycarbonate bodies, changing colour when viewed from different angles. Iridescent paints require 3–5 light coats and should be backed with PS-5 Black for full effect.
