The Curtiss H-81A-2, the export version of the P-40, is one of the most iconic aircraft of World War II, thanks to its service with the 1st American Volunteer Group (AVG). Known as the "Flying Tigers," these volunteer pilots flew their rugged shark-mouthed fighters in defence of China and Burma against Japanese forces before the official U.S. entry into the war, achieving legendary status and becoming a powerful symbol of defiance.

This 1/48 scale kit from Trumpeter allows you to build a detailed replica of the famous aircraft flown by the Flying Tigers.
