Only use a polycarbonate style paint such as the Tamiya PS series to finish these bodies, as standard paints will adhere and/or cause damage to the body shell's surface. Enter the new era of touring car racing with the ZooRacing Hyrax, a hyper car body designed for ultimate aerodynamic performance. Developed for the high-speed Hyper Car class, every curve and surface of the Hyrax has been CAD-designed to manage airflow, reduce drag, and generate maximum downforce for serious competition.
Its low-slung, wide-body design keeps the car planted through high-speed corners. Key aerodynamic features include an aggressive front splitter for immense front-end grip, a sleek low-drag canopy, and precision-formed side channels that balance the car. At the rear, an integrated diffuser works with the large rear wing to provide maximum traction and stability. The result is a body that delivers next-level cornering speeds and precision handling.
Moulded from lightweight ZOOlite 0.7mm polycarbonate, the standard body weighs approximately 75g (cut, including wing). The kit includes the clear, unpainted body shell, a detailed decal sheet, and wing mounting hardware. Please note, the ultra-low design of the Hyrax requires a modern touring car chassis with super-low shock positions.
