The Airfix A02052B is a 1:72 scale unassembled plastic model kit depicting the Gloster Gladiator, the last biplane fighter aircraft to serve with the Royal Air Force before the transition to monoplane designs. The kit represents both the Mk.I and Mk.II variants of this historic aircraft.
The Gladiator first flew in September 1934 and entered RAF service in February 1937. It saw service across multiple theatres during the Second World War and is particularly noted for its role in the defence of Malta in 1940.
